Woman pleads guilty to killing toddler

The murder of Fort Erie toddler Marissa Whalen is a crime that horrified the community and beyond. This morning, Rainbow Hill plead guilty to her murder, but as Lauran Sabourin reports, because of a publication ban, we can’t tell you how the little girl died.
