Woman hurt in three-vehicle crash

A 51-year-old woman has serious injuries after a three-vehicle crash that closed the westbound collector lanes of Highway 401 last night.

Police say she lost control of her car west of Renforth Drive near Pearson Airport around 8:30,
striking another car and then getting hit by a transport truck.

A man driving the second car was also hurt.

Police are looking for witnesses as they try to figure out what happened.  The collector lanes re-opened around 11:30 pm.
