After being called to a shooting at a downtown Hamilton house party Sunday night that sent a man to hospital in critical condition, police laid charges against a 22-year-old woman.
Officers arrived to find a 25-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound after what police termed in a statement as “the discharge of a firearm” in a room in the house near King St. East and Steven St. shortly after midnight.
