An Oakville woman has been charged after a deadly crash earlier this month.

A 41 year old motorcyclist from Mississauga died after his bike crashed into an SUV. It happened at Trafalgar and White Oaks just after 6 pm on September 9th.

Halton police say the 48 year old woman was turning left onto White Oaks from Trafalgar. She’s been charged with making an unsafe turn.

The woman and an 11 year old who was a passenger in the SUV were shaken up but not hurt.

She’ll be in court November 18th.
