Woman charged in Bosma case returns to court

The woman charged with helping Tim Bosma’s accused killers was back in court this morning.
Christina Noudga made a brief appearance at the Sopinka Courthouse in Hamilton. She walked in wearing shackles around her ankles. Noudga was dressed in street clothes: a brown leather jacket and dark jeans. She wasn’t wearing any makeup.
Noudga was reportedly Dellen Millard’s girlfriend. She is charged with accessory after the fact in Bosma’s death, whose remains were found incinerated after he took two men on a test drive in his pickup truck. Millard and a second man, Mark Smich are both charged with first degree murder in his death. Bosma went missing May 6th of last year. The charge against Noudga stems from an allegation that she helped Millard escape on May 9th.
Bosma’s remains were found on the 14th.
While Noudga was in court, Sharlene Bosma, Tim’s widow met with the Crown Attorney for an update on the case.
The proceedings are being kept under a publication ban in case anything discussed doesn’t make it to trial. That’s so the jury only hears evidence that’s been approved by a judge.
