Woman charged after car hits greenhouse worker

A Niagara Falls woman is facing charges after a greenhouse worker was hit by a car last month.
Niagara Police say William Hobin, 31, was cutting the grass in front of Vander Weyden Greenhouses on Beaverdams Road when the woman lost control of her car on the curve. The car rolled on top of his leg and he was rushed to Erie County Medical Centre in Buffalo.
Hobin has since been released.
Emma Rayner, 41, is charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm.
