What Hamilton residents can expect on Tuesday moving to the red zone

What Hamilton and Halton can expect is a return to what life was like in the late fall/early winter. The only change for the red-control restrictions is retail which can have a 75% capacity limit for stores that primarily sell groceries and 50% for all other retail-like big box such as hardware stores and garden centres. Retail stores must also publicly post their capacity limits and have passive screening for patrons like signage that says if you have symptoms. While some businesses are gearing up to open the doors, some are making the choice to keep them shut. Dale Manucdoc reports.
