Niagara regional police say charges are pending, following a large protest in St. Catharines Saturday that spread misinformation about vaccines and defied stay-at-home orders.

Among those taking part was the Mayor of West Lincoln. Nicole Martin spoke with Mayor Dave Bylsma today and has this report.
