Welland man charged with sex assault

A 42 year old Welland man has been charged with sexual assault.

On February 13th, Niagara Regional Police arrested and charged Mark Audette. He is accused of sexually touching a 16 year old girl back in August 2012. According to officials, the assault happened at a Welland residence after a house party. Audette will appear in court for a bail hearing at a later date.
