Premier Doug Ford is expected to announce his plan to gradually reopen the province.

Ford will be joined by Minister of Health Christine Elliott, Solicitor General Sylvia Jones and Dr. David Williams.

The announcement will be made from Queen’s Park at 1 p.m.

This comes as the province reported 1,265 cases of COVID-19 and 33 deaths on Monday.
