Rod Phillips is announcing changes to long-term care regulations as the province continues its COVID-19 reopening plan.

Phillips was made Minister of Long-Term Care in a cabinet shuffle earlier this month.

He was formerly the province’s finance minister but resigned after returning early from a Caribbean vacation during the pandemic.
