WATCH LIVE: Minister of Education to make an announcement at 11 a.m.

Ontario’s Minister of Education will make an announcement Monday morning.

Stephen Lecce will be joined by the Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. David Williams for the announcement.

It comes as students in four more southern Ontario health units, Ottawa, Eastern Ontario, Southwestern and Middlesex-London, return to physical classrooms.

It’s their first time back in school since the winter break began in December.

Students in Hamilton, Halton and Niagara continue virtual learning, with Hamilton students not expected to return until at least Feb. 10.
