A Binbrook landowner is frustrated after he is left to clean up hazardous waste that was left on his property. This was on the heels of a similar incident that happened on Thursday where barrels of chemical waste were left on vacant property in Ancaster, but in that case the toxic waste was cleaned up by authorities. Perdita Felicien has the story.
