Ward review in Hamilton

Hamilton city councillors may review ward boundaries in the city.

Several members of council believe the current boundaries are unfair, and say downtown and mountain councillors represent about two-and-a-half times more people than suburban councillors.

The proposed review would likely look into the possibility of adding a fourth council seat for Hamilton mountain.

A ward boundary review would take about two years.
