A vote to stop enforcing the bus lane on King St in Hamilton will take place on Wednesday.

At city hall today, councillor Chad Collins asked when the bus-only lane will return to being a lane for all vehicles. He was supported by councillor Terry Whitehead, who said he was ready to put an end to the one-year pilot project, which was implemented in October 2013.

A vote will happen at the general issues committee on Wednesday, but will still have to go to council for a vote afterward.
