Volunteers sending ninth plane load of humanitarian aid to Ukraine

A group of Hamiltonians is sending the ninth plane of humanitarian aid and donations to Ukraine. The city of Hamilton pitched in $50,000 to help cover the costs of four of the nine flights.
Organizer, Stefan Sobolewski says in partnership with the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum and Onward Aviation, his team of volunteers has been able to send nine planes worth of donations to Ukraine.
The group has been able to send out over 5,000 boxes of medical supplies, nonperishable food items, hygiene products, and nonlethal military items.

The plane will depart from the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum Saturday at 9 a.m.
