Saturday, a top-ranked paramedic says, the fatal crash that killed three children and their grandfather in Vaughan last week, was very traumatic for first responders.

Eight of the 15 paramedics who were called to the fatal scene have taken time off to get help for post traumatic stress. The Deputy Chief of York Region EMS says he has never seen a single incident impact so many staff members.

Marco Muzzo, the man facing charges in the crash, remains in custody.
