Virtual reality training for Halton police officers

Halton Police have become the first service in Canada to implement virtual reality training.

All officers will play out scenarios that take them through mental health calls from the perspective of the responding officer and the person in crisis.

A caution the re-enactments are disturbing, they are meant to mimic real-life situations.
