Niagara police need your help in catching a hit and run driver.

They want to find out who was driving this black pickup that hit a 13-year old boy who was riding a bicycle near the Allanburg Bridge May 30th. It happened about 6:00 in the evening. Police say the pickup drove around a long line of traffic waiting to cross the bridge when it hit the bicycle throwing the boy to the ground. Luckily he wasn’t seriously injured. The pickup then sped off heading west across the bridge.

The vehicle is a black Ford F150, possibly with a crew or extended cab. It has notable chrome details and a vanity plate displaying a poppy. Anyone with information is asked to call Niagara police.
