A 10-year-old boy from Norfolk had a terrifying experience with an online video chat app, Omegle that has prompted a warning from provincial police.

The OPP say the child was threatened by a stranger through a video chat app and officers are reminding parents to watch their kids online activity closely since they are spending more time online because of the pandemic.
