The 21-year-old man suspected of carrying out the rampage will make his first
court appearance Thursday.

Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa has been jailed since he was arrested inside a supermarket in Boulder on Monday. He was treated at a hospital for a leg wound.

As officials continue to investigate what happened, some lawmakers are calling for changes to gun laws.
