Unrest could develop as protesters gather outside White House

Already protesters are gathering outside the White House in Black Lives Matter (BLM) Plaza.  Fences which can’t be mounted were installed over the weekend in the event that demonstrators gathered as the election results come in.  In Ottawa, Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland says diplomats will be ready to help Canadians living in the U-S if civil unrest does develop. Both Freeland and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau have avoided offering opinions on the outcome of the presidential election.
