Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addresses Canada’s Parliament

A historic address in the Canadian parliament today, as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy continues his North American push for support with stops in Ottawa and Toronto today.

Canada announced $650 million in additional support for Ukraine as political leaders of all stripes attended a joint session of parliament to hear directly from Zelenskyy.

It’s his first trip to Canada since the war began, as the president has spent the week courting support for his cause from leaders at the United Nations and here in North America.

Zelenskyy calls what Russia is doing in his country a genocide.
