U.S. President Joe Biden delivers his first address to Congress

Joe Biden has delivered his first speech to a joint session of Congress as American president.

His infrastructure plan includes rebuilding parts of America that Republicans don’t consider infrastructure.

Biden said his jobs plan would also create jobs replacing the nation’s lead pipes and service lines so every American can drink clean water.

He also wants to expand free preschool and community college education, along with internet access.
