Ontario Provincial Police say two people died over the Victoria Day long weekend.    Police say a 79-year old woman was killed when she was hit by a driver talking on a cellphone.     Another person drowned while canoeing without a life jacket.     OPP issued more than 100 tickets for impaired driving and over eight thousand for speeding.
