Kicker Luca Congi of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, was named top special-teams player for last weeks games. He had three field goals and three converts in the Ticats’ 30-29 win over Edmonton.

Hamilton receiver Sam Giguere was the outstanding Canadian. He had six catches for 90 yards against the Eskimos. The native of Sherbrooke, Quebec, has 22 receptions for 309 yards so far this season.
