Toronto Police have charged two people with murder in the death of a two year old boy. 26-month old Nicholas Cruz died in the hospital on Sunday. Police were called when doctors noticed signs of physical trauma.

25-year old Marleny Cruz and 36-year old Joel France are both charged with second degree murder. France is also charged with assault.
