Two arrests in Mississauga murder

Police have made two arrests in connection with last Wednesday’s murder in Mississauga.

19-year-old Kevin Pham, a father of one, was stabbed at least three times in a murder that may have been gang-related.

A 17-year-old has been charged with second degree murder.

And after issuing a Canada-wide warrant, 19-year-old Elon Washington Brooks of Mississauga turned himself into police Sunday night.

He’s also facing a charge of second degree murder and is expected to be in court Monday.
