Police were called to a home on Port Maitland Rd. around 9:30 p.m. Monday for reports of a break and enter.

A homeowner returned to their house and noticed several items missing from inside.

Investigators believe someone broke into the home and stole two televisions, a laptop computer, a video game system, and multiple video game accessories.

Police estimate the total value of the stolen items is roughly $2,000.

Officers canvassed the area and discovered another home had also been broken into but it was unclear if any items were taken from the residence.
