Trump-Carney phone call shows change in tone

Prime Minister Mark Carney says Canada and the United States will start negotiations soon on a new economic and security relationship.
This comes after Carney and U.S. President Donald Trump spoke for the first time over the phone Friday morning, and while no tariffs have been taken off of the table, the call had a decidedly different tone than what was previously heard from the U.S. president.
