Trudeau takes aim at Poilievre for courting “conspiracy theorists”

Official opposition leader Pierre Poilievre is among the top trends today, after videos surfaced that show him visiting demonstrators who seem to be associated with a far-right extremist group.

According to reports, the group in question have been camped out on the east coast and protesting the carbon tax for almost a month.

During a press conference this morning, prime minister Justin Trudeau ramped up his attacks on the Conservative leader, saying Poilievre has welcomed the support of conspiracy theorists and extremists.
