Truck rollover on 403 Westbound at Third Line blocks lanes

Three lanes Westbound along the 403 at Third Line are blocked by a truck that rolled over early this morning. Only the HOV lane is left open.

It happened just after 5:00 a.m. this morning.

In a Tweet, OPP say cleanup is estimated to take until 11:00 a.m.
