Thousands of people participated in the Trillium College Chilly Half Marathon and Frosty 5k race in Burlington on Sunday.

The marathon raised money for Joseph Brant Hospital.

Reed Coolsaet from Hamilton took the top prize finishing first.

Krista Duchene from Brantford won as top female finisher.
