Toronto votes to trash plastic bags

So how do you feel about a ban on plastic shopping bags?

It turned into a major issue today after the city council in Toronto voted to outlaw the bags by the end of the year. Toronto is the first major Canadian city to do that. But it looks like shoppers in other municipalities like Hamilton, Halton and Niagara are going to be left to decide for themselves. Al Sweeney has that story.
