Toronto to bid for 2024 Olympics

After a record breaking performance by Canadian athletes at the Pan Am games, the head of the Canadian Olympic Committee wants Toronto to bid for the 2024 Olympics.

The Olympic bid has to be submitted by September 15th.

The decision is now left in the hands of Toronto Mayor John Tory.
