Toronto teen drags cop under car

A Toronto teenager faces an attempted murder charge after police say an officer was dragged under a car door early Thursday.

Police say it happened after officers stopped a car on Pharmacy Avenue in the east end of the city.

The driver allegedly reversed and pinned one officer under the door, dragging him about 75 metres.

The officer was not seriously injured.

18 year old Stephan Cummings is due in a College Park courtroom Thursday.
