Toronto police have person of interest in murder of Barry and Honey Sherman

Toronto police have identified a person of interest in the high-profile homicides of  billionaire philanthropist couple.

Barry and Honey Sherman were killed inside their Toronto mansion in December 2017.

The killings shocked the city and made international headlines.

The family offered up to $10 million for information that would help solve the case and hired its own team of private investigators.

Autopsy results revealed the couple died by “ligature neck compression” and police have said there were no signs of forced entry.

Toronto Police confirmed a report by the Toronto Star that a person of interest had been identified but not arrested.
