Toronto Budget revealed

Toronto Mayor Rob Ford has unveiled the city’s 2012 budget after months of controversy.

Highlights include net savings of $355 million, but the city’s workforce will be reduced by 2,300 people.

The process generated criticism when libraries came under scrutiny.

But Ford says although some libraries will face service reductions, none will be closed.
