Two sailors from Toronto have been rescued after a Canadian Coast Guard aircraft spotted them clinging onto their overturned sailboat in Lake Ontario overnight.
The 29-year-old and his instructor were on the Lake Wednesday afternoon when strong winds overturned their boat.
When they failed to return to the sailing club, the Toronto police marine unit and the Coast Guard started looking for them.
They were found about 2:00am this morning and brought to shore by a police boat.
