New allegations are being levelled against Conservative MP Eve Adams, and they are serious enough that prime minister Stephen Harper has asked the party to investigate.

The Conservative riding association board in Oakville North-Burlington claims Adams unfairly used the party’s internal membership database and her parliamentary mailing privileges to contact potential supporters.

Her fiance Dimitri Soudas was forced out as party executive director Sunday amid growing concerns he was using his position to help her win the riding nomination.
