Tolls, tax hike may fund roads, transit

Updated As if the cost of gas and insurance isn’t enough, drivers could soon be paying more as the cash-strapped province looks for ways to pay for repairs to roads and bridges.

Today the premier hinted at new tolls or taxes to cover the cost. Kathleen Wynne says municipalities responsible for them simply can’t afford it, so they need help from the province. Cindy Csordas has with more on what drivers could be in for.
