Toddler hurt after falling from second floor window

A two-year-old child was rushed to hospital after falling from the second floor window of a home in Hamilton.

It happened shortly before 1 p.m. Wednesday at a home near Cathcart St. and Kelly St.

Police say the child was transported to hospital with minor injuries.

Hamilton police are currently investigating.
