Long-term care advocates say TikTok videos posted by an Ontario PSW have gone too far, calling them insensitive and dehumanizing. The videos appear to be making light of serious situations that long-term care workers deal with; but for those who have lost loved ones in these homes, it strikes a nerve. Kelly Botelho reports.
