A plane that was built in 1941 for the British Commonwealth was donated to the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum on Wednesday.
The Tiger Moth was deployed throughout Canada during the Second World War to train student pilots.
Rob Fleck bought the plane about six years ago and decided to bring the Tiger Moth to Hamilton.
Fleck says Hamilton’s airport was one of the airports built for British Commonwealth air training so it’s almost like a coming home for the plane.
