The Hamilton Tiger-Cats will be playing in front of a sold-out crowd in Hamilton after securing their spot in the 108th Grey Cup.

The Ticats downed the Toronto Argonauts 27-19 in the Eastern Final, after trailing 12-0 at halftime.

Dane Evans came in off the bench for Jeremiah Masoli in the second quarter and put on a stunning performance.

Evans was 16-16 for 249 yards and a touchdown.

Papi White’s 92-yard punt return touchdown sparked the Ticats and the team never looked back.

It will be the team’s second straight ticket to the Grey Cup game.

It’s been 49 years since the Ticats played to a hometown crowd in a Grey Cup matchup.

The Tiger-Cats will take on the Winnepeg Blue Bombers at Tim Hortons Field on Dec. 12.
