TIFF 2014 // Monsoon

Monsoon is a documentary film directed by Canadian filmmaker Sturla Gunnarsson. A TIFF veteran, Gunnarsson ventured to India to capture the power of the annual storm using the latest 4K film technology. Woven into the film are stories of those affected by the massive storm including movie stars, bookies, and the head of the Indian Meteorological Society.

Evan sat down with Sturla to discuss the importance of the monsoon and the logistics of shooting in it.
