Ticats mini camp

CFL training camps will open for ‘real’ in about a month’s time. But Monday, the Tiger-Cats got a jump on things as they reported to the team’s mini-camp at McMaster. Attendance was not mandatory — but all 5 quarterbacks were there.

Kent Austin and his staff will use the next 3 days to evaluate some of their rookies and veterans. It’s a valuable opportunity for both coaches and players.

Like Craig Butler, it was also day 1 for the Ticats new #1 pivot Zach Collaros. The former Argonaut looked comfortable with his new teammates and made a nice first impression.
