Ticats add Harris for intelligence

The newest Hamilton Tiger-Cat just might be their most valuable player – and he’s not even going to be in the line-up.

Terrence Jeffers-Harris was signed by the team this morning, one day after Winnipeg released him, and two days before the Ticats and Bombers hook-up in the CFL Eastern Championship.
