Special weather statement ended for Hamilton and Niagara

Environment Canada has ended its special weather statement for Hamilton, Niagara and other areas of our region.
The statement was issued around 6:20 a.m. Monday, calling for thunderstorms with frequent lightning and heavy downpours in the morning, with rainfall amounts ranging from 20 to 40 mm.
