Three charged after Hamilton police recover drugs, semi-automatic rifle

Three Hamilton residents have been charged after a search warrant on Hamilton Mountain led to the discovery of illegal drugs and weapons, including a semi-automatic rifle.

The Hamilton police investigation began earlier this month and culminated yesterday with the search of a residence in the area of Upper Gage Avenue and Queensdale Avenue East.

Officers seized a significant quantity of illicit drugs, an imitation firearm, a semi-automatic rifle, brass knuckles and Canadian currency.

Jessie Robilliard, 36, Lisa Kitchener, 37, and Connor Muir, 31, were arrested on a number of counts, including the possession of drugs and prohibited weapons.

Anyone with information that could assist officers in the investigation is asked to contact the police.
